GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS


These are the general rules and regulations during the Gathering. Please abide by these rules to avoid disqualification.
  • All participants must be Guides, Rangers or Scouts.
  • The participants must be above 13 years old and below 18 years old. Ex- Guides, Rangers or Scouts are not allowed to participate.
  • Participants must report at the registration counter 30 minutes before the competitions start or follow the time as stated or informed. Failure to do so might risk in disqualification.
  • Any form of electronic gadgets except watches are banned unless permitted by the Person-In-Charge of that particular competition.
  •  Any form of communication between the participants and the non-participants are strictly prohibited.
  •  Specific rules for each competition must be obeyed at all times.
  •  It is much appreciated that you respect all the other competitors as well.
  •  Do not enter prohibited areas marked on the provided map unless instructed by the organizing committee.
  • The judges’ decisions are final. Appeals and objections on competition results will not be entertained.
  •  Each school is required to join at least one competition.
  •  Certain competition will be aborted if there is a lack of participation. So, we advised you to join all the competitions as each competition will provide 1 mark as participation mark.
  • Obey the ten scout and guide laws at all times.

In any circumstances that your team decides to quit or forfeit the competition, please inform the Person-In-Charge at the Registration Counter.


ACCOMODATION RULES AND REGULATIONS


Your Unit, Coy or Troop would be given a class ranging from the ground floor to the first floor. Please kindly follow these few simple rules:
  • A deposit of RM 50 will be collected upon registration. The deposit will be returned at the end of the event if the condition of the classroom given is as clean as it was before you use it.
  •  You are allowed to move the tables and chairs around in the classroom provided you arrange them back accordingly before you leave.

  •  At the case of an accidental breaking or damaging the properties in the classroom,
    please report at the Registration counter immediately.

  • Deliberate acts of vandalism are highly condemned.

  •  Couple activities and sexual acts are strictly forbidden.

  •  Alcohols and cigarettes are highly condemned to be brought or consumed.

  • Fighting and unruly behaviors are strictly not allowed.

  • Any form of gambling is forbidden.

  •  Obey the ten Scout or Guide Laws at all times.
Please take note that we are not providing overnight accommodation in our school.
Unit, Coy or Troop that fails to comply with the rule stated above will be dealt with.
